Total # of books for the year: 26 of 85.  I managed to read for 22 hours and 19 minutes this week for the week-long mini-readathon.  I would have hit the goal of 24 hours if I hadn’t fallen asleep on the couch on Sunday.  However, now that I know it’s possible, 24 hours of reading time will be my new goal for the next Bout of Books.

Blogiversary Number Three!

Me if I wasn’t currently in a back brace.

This is my 3rd year blogging about books!  I, unfortunately, won’t be doing anything special since I hurt my back on Sunday and have been conserving my energy to be able to survive work.  However, I do have plans to get back to a fuller blog schedule.  I miss writing reviews, “Tuesday’s Tunes”, “Wednesday’s Words”, and “Friday’s Fairytales.”  I also want to get back to posting “Thursday’s Things” at least monthly.
Also me if I wasn’t in a back brace.

Here’s to another year!

Total # of books for the year: 19 of 85.  I had planned on “Dresden Files” #4 being my “work” book, but I found myself reaching for it as soon as I got home, and I couldn’t put it down this weekend.  I HAD to finish it.  Now I’m itching to read the next one, but I really need to finish up the other books I’m reading first.
