 - My goal for this week was 8K steps per day. This was yet another bad week thanks to not feeling well. However, I’ve signed up for a free health and fitness program offered through my job’s health insurance. I’ve got an appointment on Monday and I should be able to start the program shortly after that. I’m hoping it works better than the one I was on through the VA.
 - My best day was Thursday when the Boyfriend and I went for a walk together after dinner. Even though I didn’t meet my step goal, I did meet my active minutes goal for the day. I also walked up more flights of stairs than on any other day, and that’s the only reason I met my stairs goal for the week.
 - I’m going to try for 8K steps per day again, but my goal(s) might change depending on how the program works.
