I also listened to quite a few podcasts, and watched “Tidying Up” on Netflix. The Boyfriend and I will be moving in a few months and we want to shed as much stuff as we can so I’m doing all of this to help give me ideas as well as stay motivated.

Total books for the year: 76 of 85. I FINALLY finished The 13 1/2 Lives of Captain Bluebear! I started it back in April, and it was not nearly as good as the other books I’ve read by Walter Moers. Of course, it is his first book in the “Zamonia” series. Hopefully, Rumo will be better, but it’s going to be a while before I pick that one up.

Now that the month of Halloween is over and November has begun, I am determined to finish the Current Reads that have been sitting there giving me side-eye for months. I keep telling myself I will not start any new books until those 3 books are finished. The only exception is if I want to start listening to an audiobook, but I have so many podcasts to keep me occupied right now, I don’t know if I’ll be starting any audiobooks any time soon.

I finished 4 books this time around, and almost finished a 5th. I will likely finish The Carrow Haunt today since I only have an hour left on the audiobook.

I did a lot of audiobook listening this week, but I’m also nearly done with The All-New Sequel part of Hocus Pocus. I haven’t been feeling well most of the weekend, and have had a terrible headache, so I’m still limiting my screen time.

Working, listening to podcasts, watching “Supernatural.” I’ve also been getting to bed later than usual instead of my normal 30 minutes early so I can relax with a good book. Hopefully, I will get back to my normal routine this week.

It’s not a huge deal if I don’t, since it’s not like I don’t have plenty of other books I can read until then.

I stayed up a little bit past my normal bedtime last night just so I could finish The Penultimate Peril.
