- I’ve completed 3 FitBit Adventures this week as well as meeting my Active Minutes and Water goals. I’ve also lost a couple of pounds.
- I won’t be getting a book or new workout gear this week since I only did one run and I didn’t even work out yesterday other than my short walk during my breaks at work. That’s ok, though, because I’m improving, and I feel great. Right now, that’s reward enough.
