- This check-in is for September 30th – October 6th.
- I only met, and exceeded, my step goal on one day this week.
- Now that I’ve got a daily calorie goal and I’m tracking all of my food, exercise, and water, the weekly sessions with my coach are more about learning ways of eating healthier and getting more exercise.
- I didn’t lose any weight again this week, and I’m pretty sure that’s because I ate way too much Indian food two days in a row. I’m ok with that considering my choices were still much healthier than if I had ordered from any other place in my delivery area.
- I’ve improved a little bit on drinking enough water. I got at least 40 ounces on the days I didn’t quite make it to 64.
