- My weight is still holding steady. While it’s great that I haven’t gained back any of the weight I’ve lost so far, it’s a little frustrating to have plateaued so early on.
- This week, my goal was to average 7k steps per day. Now that I go walking during my two 15 minute breaks and for half of my lunch break while I’m at work, my step goal is a breeze. I’m still concerned about what will happen now that the temperature is starting to climb, but for now, I’m not having a problem getting enough exercise throughout the day.

Great week! As for the weight plateau… try changing something up. A different kind of exercise. New food or snack. Change the time of day you eat something. Sometimes just a small change can help restart the process. You can do it!
I’m a bit worried about the upcoming hot weather myself. I really think I’ll have to start getting up at 5am or something. Arrgh!
You had a great week!!! Is there some place where you can walk indoors, like a mall? The mall by me is open early before all the stores open and tons of people, myself included, go there to walk. I get there quite early – like at 5:30 – but people walk there all day long, even when the stores are open, though it’s a bit more crowded.
No, there’s no indoor mall close enough to where I work. Once it gets to hot to walk during my breaks, I’ll just have to wait until I can go to the fitness center at my apartment complex after work.
