- I’ve been tired a lot lately. I assumed it was because I’ve been in a lot of pain, and there’s been a lot going on over the past couple of months, and the weather has not been helpful either. It turns out that, while all of that is definitely true, I’m also low on vitamin D again (I had to be on a supplement a few years ago). I’m now back on the supplement, and I’m hoping that my energy will improve soon.
