- This check-in is for August 17th – 23rd. I was still on Summer break, so I didn’t do week three of the 10-Week Mindful Diet Plan for Healthy Eating from Yoga Journal.
- I stayed indoors and participated in Bout of Books 14.
- Now that I’m back in school, I’ve picked my goals back up as well. In addition to the diet plan, I’ll also be working on my step goal of averaging 8K steps per day. I’ll only be doing yoga five times a week, though, since I haven’t been able to figure out a time to do it on Tuesdays and Thursdays without conflicting with anything else.
