- I’m sticking with the Noom program, but I still haven’t lost any weight. I’m just glad to have the motivation to eat healthier food and be more active. Hopefully, the weight loss will happen at some point, but I do have more energy (most days), and I feel healthier. That’s supposed to be the point, right?
