This check-in is for June 1st – 7th. I was doing really well until the weekend and a paper I had to write. To avoid this happening again, I’m going to walk to my school’s gym after class at least two days a week and spend an hour accumulating as many steps as I can before I go home.
I didn’t make it to any Hot Yoga classes this week either.
