  • I didn’t exercise again this week, but I’m sticking to my daily meditation practice with #Commit2Sit.  I’m going through some stuff, mentally/emotionally, but I’m going to try to get back to exercising regularly soon.
  • I’ve also been eating a lot of fiber-rich foods (A LOT of veggies and fruit) and I’m losing weight, despite consuming about the same amount of calories.

  1. Hope everything is ok! Meditation is great – I’ve done the meditation challenges with Deepak and Oprah – they’re great and I really need to make it a regular part of my daily routine!
