  • I participated in Dewey’s 24-Hour #Readathon on Saturday, and I didn’t do much for exercise most of the week. Instead, I struggled with getting enough sleep and trying to get through each day while feeling depressed and not wanting to do anything, much less exercise.

  • I’ve been dealing with a bit of insomnia, so I haven’t been doing much in regards to fitness.  I’ve been more focused on getting what little sleep I can and trying to make it through each day.
  • Luckily, I didn’t start having trouble sleeping until after I got in a couple of active days.  I did quite a bit of walking during the weekend.

  • I was sick over the weekend, but managed to get well enough to go back to to work on Tuesday. The rest of week was ridiculously busy and I left feeling exhausted at the end of every day.
