I’m sick and have been stuck at home all week. I’m not sick enough to be seen by a doctor or tested for the virus, but I’m self-quarantined just in case.
Since I haven’t been feeling well, I’ve spent most of my time reading or on the internet. I’m thinking about doing one of the walking workout DVDs I own to get some much needed exercise, but it might have to wait for now until I’m healthier.
My job decided that I am “essential” so I’ve been working all week. I’m not moving around as much as I normally would during the work day, but I’m getting more steps than I would if I were at home.
I need to figure out a new plan for getting exercise under the “Shelter in place” order. I’ll still count my steps and mileage, but I’m going to start doing body-weight exercises as well.
I’m still feeling burnt out, and I’ve been having trouble sleeping. Unfortunately, I’ve been too busy to do much about it. I just hope I can make it until my short vacation mid-March.
I wasn’t able to complete 100 miles during the month for the Taji 100. I did, however, log 71 miles.
