  • I’ve been dealing with a bit of insomnia, so I haven’t been doing much in regards to fitness.  I’ve been more focused on getting what little sleep I can and trying to make it through each day.
  • Luckily, I didn’t start having trouble sleeping until after I got in a couple of active days.  I did quite a bit of walking during the weekend.

  • This check-in is for February 15th – 21st.
  • I was sick over the weekend, but managed to get well enough to go back to to work on Tuesday. The rest of week was ridiculously busy and I left feeling exhausted at the end of every day.
  • I was too tired yesterday to post anything.  Instead, the Boyfriend and I ordered dinner and watched “Parks and Recreation” before going to bed extremely early.

  • I’ve had another week of not doing much thanks to all the rain and high winds.
  • That being said, I have been on my feet a lot for my job, and working a few extra hours.  I’m also trying to do as much of my work standing as I can, but I don’t have a standing desk.  Until I get one, I’m trying to get up and walk around more when I need a break.
