- I’ve been dealing with a bit of insomnia, so I haven’t been doing much in regards to fitness. I’ve been more focused on getting what little sleep I can and trying to make it through each day.
- Luckily, I didn’t start having trouble sleeping until after I got in a couple of active days. I did quite a bit of walking during the weekend.
