- I think I have the hang of Intermittent Fasting now, but I’m sticking to 15:9s (15 hours of fasting). That seems to be about the longest I can go without it affecting my mood.
- I’m now working from home, and that has meant a decrease in steps. The Boyfriend and I are still taking walks after dinner, but I’m going to have to figure out how to add more steps in throughout the day to make up the difference.
