The Bout of Books readathon is organized by Amanda Shofner and Kelly Rubidoux Apple. It’s a weeklong readathon that begins 12:01am Monday, May 10th, and runs through Sunday, May 16th in YOUR time zone. Bout of Books is low-pressure. There are reading sprints, Twitter chats, and exclusive Instagram challenges, but they’re all completely optional. I didn’t read much at all. I only managed to finish another story from A Knot in the Grain by Robin McKinley, and listen to some more of The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas, and that’s it. Hopefully I will have more time to read today.
