- This was a rough week. My cat, Dresden, got sick, and I had to take him to the vet. I felt tired all week, and was dealing with allergies. My feet and legs have been hurting thanks to plantar faciitis and ITBS, and I had to go back to doing my physical therapy exercises instead of the workouts I had planned. Hopefully next week will be better.
