#FitReaders Check-In

  • This check-in is for August 14th – 20th.
  • I bought a stepper to help me out with meeting my fitness goals.  I walk as much as I can throughout the day, and then when I get home I get on the stepper to get some more steps in before dinner.  So far, it’s helping, and while I’m still not back up to 40K, I did increase my steps by about 3K compared to last week.
