- This check-in is for April 6th – 12th. I’m not sure what happened, but by Tuesday night, my back got worse, so, on the off chance that I had been overdoing it, I took it easy for the rest of the week, and I’ll continue to do so this week. My goal of averaging 8K steps per day will just have to wait.

This sounds like a problem that just won’t let up. 🙁 Have you been able to see a doctor for it?
I unfortunately have VA health care, which is almost useless. With the exception of emergencies, it’s next to impossible to see a doctor. The Boyfriend thinks it’s just weakened from the original injury, and that I was rushing to try to get back to meeting my fitness goals too soon. I stayed on the couch Wednesday and it was feeling fine again by the next day, so I think he’s right.
Sorry your back is still giving you issues. I agree-take it easy. Have you tried something that isn’t so hard on your back? Not sure what the options are, but maybe there is something?
