Dewey’s 24-Hour #Readathon – First Update

Dewey's Readathon_Pocketwatch_Bellezza

The first 8 hours of Dewey’s 24-Hour Readathon have passed and I only took a very brief nap while reading with The Boyfriend on the couch. I did almost fall asleep again when one of the cats, Dresden, demanded yet more snuggles, but instead I took a pic of him to share on Litsy.

  • Pages Read: 241
  • Books Read: Wizards of Water and Wood by P.J. Owen, Number the Stars by Lowis Lowry
  • Time Read: 4 hours and 1 minute
  • Yummy in my Tummy: I had a giant cup of tea, a cherry yogurt, two hardboiled eggs, and a couple slices of toast with butter for Breakfast. Then, around Elevenses, I opened up the container of peanut butter snack mix I have been waiting all week for and ate quite a bit of it before putting it away again.

Until my 2nd update, at midnight EST, I’ll continue reading the remaining books from my TBR stack and, at some point, hopefully, I’ll listen to at least a little bit of The Well of Lost Plots by Jasper Fforde.

Whether you’re participating in the readathon or not, what book(s) are you currently reading?
