#FitReaders Check-In


  • This check-in is for January 20th – 26th.
  • I’ve completed 3 FitBit Adventures this week as well as meeting my Active Minutes and Water goals.  I’ve also lost a couple of pounds.
  • I won’t be getting a book or new workout gear this week since I only did one run and I didn’t even work out yesterday other than my short walk during my breaks at work.  That’s ok, though, because I’m improving, and I feel great.  Right now, that’s reward enough.

  1. Sounds like you had a great week!!! Those Fitbit Adventures are fun and addicting, but I hate that you have to constantly look at your phone so you don’t miss all the treasures…I wish they would send you notifications or something.
