  • I met my step goal on two days this week.
  • I didn’t lose any weight again this week, and I’m ok with that since I’m eating healthier and steadily getting more exercise.
  • I’ve improved a little bit more on drinking enough water.  I got at least 45 ounces on the days I didn’t quite make it to 64.
