  • This check-in is for August 12th – 18th.
  • My goal for this week was 8K steps per day.  This was another bad week.  Between the weather and having to run last minutes errands most days of the week after work, I wasn’t able to walk during my breaks and I didn’t have the time to get on the treadmill after I got home.
  • I’m going to try for 8K steps per day again.

  1. Don’t you hate when RL gets in the way of your workout plans? That’s why I always try to get my workouts done first thing in the morning…for me, it just seems to work better. Hope you have a great week coming up!!!
