  1. How is your back feeling? I hurt my back a few years ago after a bad fall and every once in a while it still gives me trouble, so I feel your pain! Whenever my back starts acting up, I do find that easy walks and very gentle yoga helps – just sitting around seems to be the worst thing I can do for it. Take care and I hope you have a great week!
